Diff between WhatsApp vs SMS Alerts
We send WhatsApp alerts daily and we have observed that META sometimes choses to not deliver so we wanted to develop a 2nd channel
To meet anti spamming guidelines we will only send SMS whenever there is change in Signal not daily
Existing WhatsApp users will continue to receive the service as is
